Aged for 14 – 21 days,

Ingredients: Cow’s Milk, Culture, Vegetable Rennet, Salt & Coconut Ash

This cheese is great on Cheeseboard, baked on the oven or smeared on top of a bread.

Shelf Life: 3 months vacuum pack. Store in the fridge at 4C at all time.
After the package is open, please store it in a tight plastic wrap. This will last up to 2-3 weeks.
